WHO IS BEHIND DUBOIS TECHNICS?
Hi, I’m David Dubois,
Born in 1990, in the days of 🎮 Game Boy, audio cassettes and the beginnings of the Internet, when everything moved fast and there was never a shortage of energy, I’ve kept up that pace in the way I work. A passionate entrepreneur, I’ve made technology my favorite playground. From industrial electricity to IT management 💻 not forgetting home automation, networks, automation and maintenance, I put my know-how to work on innovative, high-performance projects.
Since 2006, I’ve accumulated experience in technical departments, particularly at Durobor in Soignies and Zircor in Tertre, positions that enabled me to grow up in this technical world and quickly develop my practical sense. I also worked at Colruyt Group from 2013 to 2017 as a maintenance technician, a period during which I learned to juggle technique and responsiveness. Since 2017 at Infrabel, I’ve taken part in the migration of the old systems to SAP, an adventure that taught me a lot about management, organization, and how to keep a machine much bigger than yourself running.
With a degree in Computer Science (Helha Mons) 🎓 and training in electricity and automation at the Institut Saint-Luc in Mons, I quickly realized that my thing was connecting worlds: machines, systems, buildings… and above all people 🤝. With over 15 years’ experience in the field, between industrial maintenance, IT development and electrical installations, I’ve mastered the screwdriver as well as the keyboard.
In each assignment, I combine rigor, expertise and a dash of creativity to provide my customers with tailor-made solutions. My aim? To simplify the complex, secure your infrastructures and optimize your installations so that they operate with precision and efficiency.

But beyond skills, what I bring to each project is also human energy ✨. I like things to progress in a good mood, with respect and simplicity. That’s probably what makes my customers love working with me: they know that, in addition to finding solid technical solutions, they can count on someone who is reliable, accessible and always up for creating a real good atmosphere, even when things get hot. 🔥 Mobile, connected, passionate: when others stop, I start.
MY PASSIONS
When I’m not diagnosing a PLC or configuring a network, you’ll probably find me mixing behind the turntables 🎧, climbing a climbing wall or… pulling out a few trumpet notes 🎺. Yep, I’ve been playing trumpet and solfeggio since I was 7, with a diploma from the Académie de Musique de Quaregnon. Music is also part of my world.
But what really motivates me is moving around, discovering new horizons and working in settings that are out of the ordinary. Andalusia, the Algarve… Places I know well, where I’ve had the opportunity to get my hands dirty for local customers, with installations adapted to totally different environments. Over there, every project is a challenge: climatic conditions, limited equipment, precise expectations… But that’s exactly what I like.
And to experience all this, I’ve transformed my Mercedes Sprinter 🚐 into a veritable high-tech base camp. More than just a van, it’s my mobile workshop, my connected office, and above all the key to working freely, without constraints, where others stop. Because at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter where I am, as long as I can provide solutions and move projects forward, I’m where I belong.
